Day 1
- At arrival in Kigali, you’ll be transferred from the Kanombe airport (Kigali) to your hotel.
- Dinner and overnight at your Hotel
Day 2 – Kigali city tour
- Pick u at your hotel and start a city tour around Kigali
- Lunch at a local restaurant
- Afternoon head north to Ruhengeri. Towards the end of the day we arrive at Ruhengeri, a village situated at the gate of the Volcanoes National Park, home to dense forests and half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas.
- Dinner and overnight at your Hotel
Day 3 – 1st day of trekking mountain gorillas
- Early breakfast the drive to the park office
- 07.00 hrs at the Park Headquarters Here you will register and be briefed, then pick up guide and drive to starting point of tracking.
- Upon arrival, you will start tracking up to when you will encounter with your hosts the gorillas. You will stay with them for only one hour, and then walk down back to your vehicle,
- Have lunch in your hotel
- Afternoon drive to Gisenyi at the shores of lake Kivu
- Dinner and overnight at your Hotel
Day 4 – Second day of trekking mountain gorillas
- Early rise and drive to Ruhengeri
- This second day you will have another exciting opportunity to spend some time with a different gorilla family.
- Lunch at your hotel
- And then drive back to your hotel in Kigali
- Farewell dinner at a local restaurant
- Oovernight at your Hotel

- Airport transfer for your departure flight
